KSA provides KS standards in online (KSSN network) and offline (printed copy) to supply them for producers and public people correctly in a low price.

| 2. Public Information on the People |
| To enable industries and consumers to encourage introduction and understanding of KS and KS mark certification system, KSA publishes and distributed various kinds of publication and makes efforts to let them know an importance of standardization program and the system in TV, newspaper and radio. |
| 3. Honoring System of Good KS Company and Standardization Medal for Merit |
| In matching the World Standards Day (14 October), KSA holds anniversary events of ˇ°World Standards Dayˇ± annually. And, it awards a prize or medal to good companies which contribute to introduction and application of standardization as well as men of merit for standardization to enhance the recognition of standardization.

| 4. Compliance Duty of KS
|
| In the Industrial Standardization Act revised to promote utilization of KS in Feb. 5, 1999, it is prescribed that companies financed by national and local self-governing body, governmental investment institute, public agency, and Korea Development Bank shall observed the KS standards relating to procurement of materials and services, production management and facilities construction. |
| 5. Foreign Distribution of KS Standards

| KSA prepares standards related to the field necessary in trade expansion among KS standards in English and distributes them to ISO and IEC member countries as well as foreign offices of KOTRA.
