| 적용범위 | 1.1 This specification establishes minimum performance, classification, and labeling requirements for protective clothing worn by operators applying pesticide products, primarily field strength, in liquid form. 1.2 Protective clothing items covered by this specification include, but are not necessarily limited to, liquid-tight or spray-tight garments, coveralls, jackets, shirts, and pants. 1.3 This specification addresses protection provided by protective accessories, with the exception of those used for the protection of the head, hands, and feet. 1.4 This specification does not address protection against biocides, fumigants, or highly volatile liquids. 1.5 The values given in SI units are to be regarded as the standard. 1.6 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety, health, and environmental practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use. 1.7 This international standard was developed in accordance with internationally recognized principles on standardization established in the Decision on Principles for the Development of International Standards, Guides and Recommendations issued by the World Trade Organization Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) Committee. |
