| 적용범위 | Scope This standard specifies the safety and interchangeability requirements, together with the test methods and conditions, required to show compliance of tubular fluorescent and other gas-discharge lamps with integrated means for controlling starting and stable operation (self-ballasted lamps), intended for domestic and similar general lighting purposes, having: - a rated wattage up to 60 W; - a rated voltage between 110 V and 130 V; - E26 Edison screw caps. The requirements of this standard relate only to type testing. Recommendations for whole product testing or batch testing are under consideration. This standard applies to self-ballasted lamps intended for use in lighting equipment, designed to be installed on branch circuits not exceeding 750 V and used in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Electrical Code, (CEC), Part I. Note: Manufacturers designing products for use in Canada may find a helpful summary of the equipment-related requirements of the CEC, Part I, in CSA publication SPE-2000. This standard is concerned only with safety criteria and does not take into account the performance of self-ballasted lamps with respect to luminous flux, life, or power consumption characteristics.
